Assistant Programmer (Full-time / Part-time)
1. The Assistant Programmer will be responsible for writing and testing java swing/javascript/html/css programs for various software products in Linux/Windows/Mac/Android.
2. Must be able to analyse the problem domain and come up with software based solutions for the same.
3. Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies and focus on deliveries with short turnaround time.
4. Should be able to help the system design engineer to come up with solutions using prototypes.
5. Should have good documentation and communication skills.
6. Familiarity with git version control is a plus.
Essential Qualifications:
B.Tech/M.Tech/BCA/MCA/B.Sc./M.Sc. with atleast 60% or equivalent CGPA. If you are in final or pre-final year and can dedicate 2hrs/day - consider an internship.

Trainee Programmer
1. The Trainee Programmer will be responsible for writing and testing java/javascript/html/css programs for various software products in Linux/Windows/Mac/Android.
2. The Trainee Programmer should be able to assist the Assistant Programmer in completing programming tasks quickly.
3. Must be able to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies.
4. Should be able to help the system design engineer to come up with solutions using prototypes.
5. Familiarity with git version control is a plus.

Documentation Specialist
1. Must know how to use Spreadsheets, Docs, PPT (Google/Microsoft) including Diagrams and Flowcharts.
2. Must be able to present information and format it to make presentable.
3. Knowledge of TeX, MathJaX, HTML/CSS, Wordpress administration, image editing, CAD is a plus.
4. Experience with any documentation project involving User Manuals, Product Designs, Marketing Materials is a plus.

Product Test Specialist
1. Familiarity with manual/automated product testing and git version control.
2. Must be able to write test plans and test cases for embedded and SaaS products.
3. Must be able to conduct manual and automated testing.
4. Must be able to write test scripts for automation in python/bash/javascript (linux/mac/windows)

Office Assistant
1. Coordinate with various stakeholders to schedule meetings (online and offline).
2. Curate MoMs
3. Act as point of contact (online and offline). Maintain confidentiality.
4. Typing speed 60 wpm error-free. Familiarity with Docs/Spreadsheets (Microsoft and Google).
5. Coordinate tasks as assigned.
6. Knowledge of shorthand is a plus.
7. Presentation skills is a plus.
8. Event management skills is a plus.

Information Curator
1. Curate all kinds of information (documentation / lists / information sheets / web pages / spreadsheets / books) - digital and physical.
2. Access and Dispatch relevant information as needed - by email or post.
3. Some travel may be required.
4. Presentation skills is a plus.
5. Event management skills is a plus.

Work Environment
Since 2009, we believe in a work environment that is flexible and free of fear because fear kills innovation and inflexibility kills motivation.
A lot of projects do not require one to attend the office. Work can be done from home provided one has a good internet connection to be continuously online for collaboration and almost continuous power. Use of a laptop reduces the need of continuous power so we recommend that employees/trainees/researchers get a Io-recommended laptop to help in working from home.
Attending office is necessary however if there is use of specialized hardware or when the project manager wants it.
